Refund Policy

Unopened packs may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method (COD refunds by UPI/NEFT). Opened cosmetic products cannot be returned unless damaged or defective on arrival — photograph the parcel and email info@lentorax.com within 48 hours. Replacement is our default for transit damage.
